Definition
The Magic Lever is Seiko's simplified system for converting the bidirectional movements of the rotor in an automatic watch into unidirectional winds of the mainspring. Simple and elegant:

- The Seiko 6S37 uses it, as does the Seiko 7S26. It's also been picked up by Chinese companies, as seen in my cheap skeleton.
